The owner's personal attention made us feel truly welcomed and helped create a homelike atmosphere during our stay.

The family room we stayed in felt cramped, lacking proper separation for privacy between the double and single bed.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The bathroom facilities in our room were inadequate, with a shared shower that felt dirty and unkempt. there were several noisy disruptions at night that affected my sleep, making the stay less enjoyable than expected.

While the cleanliness could have been improved, as we found dust behind the bed and some leftover items from previous guests, the overall experience was still pleasant.

The family room was spacious and perfect for us. Loved the cleanliness and how quiet it was despite being near a busy road. The location was a real winner. just a short, scenic walk to the heart of Canterbury.

Had a lovely stay here. Lots of privacy, so you do your own thing, but also friendly staff on hand should you need anything. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind, and always ready to answer any questions. Peaceful room, very clean, all facilities were great.

The single room was quite small, which might be challenging for larger guests, especially during the heat wave. the free parking and the convenient location, just a short, scenic walk alongside a river, made up for it. A kettle in the room was handy, complemented by the nearby eateries, and the overall cleanliness was commendable. Great value for a short stay

I found the room to be quite cute and ideal for a quick trip with friends. There was plenty of parking available over the weekend. It’s also just a 15-minute stroll to the town center, which made exploring Canterbury super convenient. it would have been nice to have some form of breakfast option available.
